A misty and foggy start to the walking week today.
Down in town there was a very limited visibility as the fog engulfed Oslo. It was actually very reminiscent of my childhood and Winter mornings in London.
The conditions however were very pleasant and it was lovely to be able to ditch a layer or two.
The woods would be foggy and mystical today.
Have you ever sat in an airplane in the window seat waiting to take off? You look out across the airfield and the runway and see fog and rain. In your head you hope that your destination might have slightly better weather.
As the plane takes off you enter the clouds. You see nothing but white for a few moments and then suddenly you’ve risen up and above the cloud line.
Well precisely this happened on some of our walks today and the view is just as breathtaking even if you are not at 30,000 feet.
So recline your chair, sit back and enjoy the photographic journey.
