I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again “I love winter”
It has been a long and plentiful winter with snow coverage since the end of October up in the woods.
In winter it is a monochrome landscape. So imagine my joy today in finding parts of the woods bristling with greens.
After some recent rainfall, the snows have receded enough to display a bounty of sticks, pine cones and a plethora of new life ready to burst through.
To add to this the sun came out and illuminated it in all it’s glory.
Spring is definitely in the air!
