Hello and happy August. We are back!
It is Adventure time once more in the woods around Oslo.
It is hard to put into words quite how lovely it was to catch up with so many of our doggy friends today.
We were welcomed during pickups not only with wagging tails, but full on body dances.
It was a full party atmosphere in the vans up to the walks. And as soon as we reached the forest the true “fiesta” could begin.
The summer holidays have given us a great chance to recharge for season 12. Recharging looks different for everyone. For myself it was a great opportunity to catch up on sleep.
However since my last blog post I have run over 200 kilometers in the woods during my holidays.
This enabled me to literally hit the ground running from my first adventure today. What better way to start season 12 than to kick it all off with a two kilometer warm up run with 4 happy doggies!?
The doggies were loving it and as a reward I let them jump in the cool stream before we continued on the rest of the adventure, exploring the sights and smells.
It is GREAT to be back
