What an absolutely fabulous Thursday filled with Nature’s elements.
You may well have sat in the office or from the comfort of your home office, looking out at the mini snow storm hitting Oslo today.
It struck this morning when we were jumping into our vehicles and looks set to continue until the early hours of tomorrow.
Persistent wind and snow mostly coming in sideways from the North.
And yet Oslomarka was eerily silent. The soft, fresh snow meant that you couldn’t hear your footsteps. Around us bounced happy dogs and yet all we could really hear where gusts of wind approaching and then dissipating.
I will not lie, I actually thought that it would be a little heavier snowfall than what we received.
It was a good old fashioned Winter’s Adventure day.
Apart from needing an extra layer due to the strong winds, it was absolutely gorgeous out there.
New snow brings with it a revitalized energy and a clean slate. Gone are those trodden down paths and we need to make fresh tracks.
