Friday Training Course

From my time in Finance I remember those dreaded days where someone had thought it was a good idea to do a Training Course on a Friday.

As if the working week had not dragged on long enough, that final slog was going to be spent in a stuffy office conference room having to learn something pointless. Just another tick in the box for the Corporate World.

Here at Who Let The Dogs Out we are renowned for doing things a little differently.

And so with a few dogs away today, and the prospect of being able to take one longer dog adventure out in the Woods in the middle of the day, it freed up an early morning “training” slot.

I informed Alvaro that he could start a little later, but to meet up at 0845 at mine…. “Oh and bring your mountain bike” I added.

And so we headed off for Mountain Bike Dog training…. Not with the dogs, but a lovely 16km route.

As we biked, we chatted, I pointed out lakes that would be great for dogs to swim in, paths, trails and areas to explore…. and where best to park the van for each Adventure.

We stopped and took in viewpoints, we laughed, we sweated and we got the adrenaline pumping.

We got back right on time to jump into our vans and go pick up the dogs, meeting up a little later for our Dog Adventure.

Flooded with energy from our “training” it was stick throwing galore as we explored with the happy pups.

Now….. That is how to run a Training Course!
