Whilst we do still have a few dogs who are taking an extended summer holiday we have about 90% back on our walks.
Last week felt like warming back up after the holidays and easing into the routines. A gentle yet adventurous reintroduction to daily life.
Looking over the numbers for this week, we have almost done the doggie double of last week.
A wave of four legged furry friends returning happily to go adventure and catch up with their mates.
The walking week has flown by. The only indication that it should be Friday is that my legs are a little sore and will most likely appreciate a little rest this weekend.
For once there are no big hikes or trail runs planned. Just a good deal of solo daddying and kid-appropriate Adventures.
It is time to encourage my kids to do dangerous activities carefully. Personal experience has taught me this is the best way to evaluate risk.
