I think we can call it Autumn 🍂🍁

It has been a little on off for the last few weeks but I think we can finally say with certainty that autumn has arrived.

We did have that late Summer with some heat and blue skies to keep autumn at bay.

And yet with the refreshing rain and the glorious array of yellows, oranges and brown leaves falling from the trees, we are into my second favorite season of the year. And clearly the most beautiful season of the year.

Shrouded in clouds and mist, the woods take on a more magical feel at this time of year. And when the low sun shines through the trees, the shadows seem to stretch forever.

The streams and rivers are flowing abundantly and the dried and scorched earth has returned to mud.

It is a messy time of year which only adds to the fun and games to be had.

So put on your waterproofs and an extra layer or two and head out to fully embrace this fantastic season.
