Binding period and walk cancellation

I thought that today I would cover a topic which I get asked a lot during first meetings with potential dogs and owners…. Binding period and cancellations / changes.

People are always surprised but it is super simple:

No binding period! If, for some reason, you choose that you no longer need walks or that you will be moving to a new area outside of our pick ups and drop offs, then you are able to end your walks immediately.

The last thing we want is for our customers to be paying for walks that they no longer need nor want.

This applies if you have been with us for a few weeks or 10 years.

This policy also ensures that we stay at the top of our game and motivated to deliver the best adventures for your doggies from day to day.

Changes / walk cancellation: we understand that life is unpredictable and also people want flexibility to be able to travel off last minute with their dogs.

That is why for the last eight years we have had the policy of not charging for any walks which are cancelled before midday (kl12.00) the day before the allotted walk.

Why should you pay for something which you are not using?

Of course changes and cancellations affect our planning and revenue, but we don’t do this job whilst focusing on money.

The freedoms and adventures we allow your dogs, we also want to allow our customers.

So if you feel that the mountains or the seaside is calling and you fancy a long weekend then all you have to do is drop us a message and we know for sure that your dogs will be having great fun with you in nature.
