Tired Dog feeling

As a dogwalker / dog owner there is little better feeling than seeing a tired, happy dog curled up or stretched out next to you.

Some dogs are masters of sleeping when tired, others need to be given permission or forced to rest up.

Minttu, much like myself, is an energy bunny and she wants to always be part of the action.

We therefore actually have to command her to lie down and rest up…… And after 5 minutes of nervous energy she eventually passes out happy and exhausted.

The feeling is great….. One satisfied dog, dreaming of the adventure we have just lived.

I occasionally get to witness this when I drop off your dogs and you are home. As we chat about the walk, your dogs slowly get over the excitement of returning home, lie down…… and…. BOOM, down and out, fast asleep
