With tomorrow being the last Walking Day of 2024 and therefore my blog will be wishing you all a Merry Christmas and happy holidays.
This allows me to do a brief summary of how 2024 has been for us.
Simply put it has been a beautiful year of adventuring with your dogs.
We have experienced the extreme highs and the sad lows which go with our job.
The countless Adventures and seeing the smiles of your dogs on a daily basis is what motivates us, not only to get up and out every day, but to constantly search for new paths and how we might improve.
On the other end of the scale 2024 has seen the passing of many good Canine friends of ours. It is an extremely painful part of our job and yet it shows what your dogs mean to us.
Many of you will have received my recent Christmas newsletter, but I would just like to repeat quite how grateful I am to have my team of walkers around me. Their constant positivity and adventurous spirit makes it very much feel like we are on expeditions together.
On a personal note I would like to thank so many of you for your support and interest in our daily blog over the last year. I will try my best to continue with a blend of humour, psychology, environmental and dog issues into 2025.
Thank you 2024, roll on 2025!
