Sometimes, and often in the most unexpected of moments, everything just aligns. In these little moments it is important to really appreciate how everything has been timed perfectly for your current experience.
All you have to do is be conscious enough to recognize this perfect alignment.
As my dog Minttu is in her heat cycle at the moment, I needed to head out extra early to give her a long walk before work.
Due to this we were out in the woods even earlier than normal. We have numerous access points to head into the woods, which are but a mere 50 metres away from where we live.
One such access point is a tiny trail, lined with a gorgeous assortment of trees, a green colonnade of sorts.
This morning due to our earlier start I suddenly realized that the sun on this particular day was perfectly aligned with the trail, creating the most magnificent and resplendent glow to welcome us.
This trail is also sheltered from the Urban noise further down in the city and therefore we had a true dawn chorus of birdsong with which to further enhance the moment.
Had I been looking at my phone I would have missed the chemistry of this moment.
Were I to try and recreate this moment in the coming days I can assure you that even with my best efforts my timing could not be as perfect as fate would have it this morning.

An important sidenote is that today we celebrate the birthdays of 2 of our fantastic boys. Ilex turns 9 today and Ibsen turns 7. A very happy birthday to both boys who were taken out exploring on their birthdays 🐾🤩
