Hello Goodbye

Many, many moons ago, in fact in 1967, The Beatles released the song Hello Goodbye.

Little did they know that nearly 60 years later the title would inspire a dog blog.

You see today we say hello to one new dog, welcome back to another… And unfortunately goodbye to one of our favourite adventurers who will be moving to Trondheim with her owner in the coming days.

On that note if any of you know of a fantastic dog walker up North who I could recommend to Ronja’s owner then please get in touch.

Ronja has been a firm favourite on our Dog Adventures for many years and it is with a sense of heartbreak that we say goodbye to her.

Last week, when I found out that her owner would not be home today when I drop off after the last Adventure, I got a little emotional.

It is hard to overstate quite how attached we get to the dogs and the owners, and how grateful we are for their friendship and support.

The whole Team wish Ida and Ronja all the very best for their future Adventures.

But today we also welcome back an old friend, Ibsen. The big man had to take a pause from his weekly Adventures whilst he battled a sickness which baffled the vets for a long time.

To see him back running happily in the woods and in great shape brought me immense joy.

And then a big hello and welcome to the fantastic Wilma. I have actually known Wilma and her owners since she was a puppy as we walk morning and evening in the same Woods by where I live.

Due to work circumstances we now have the unbelievable opportunity to go and Adventure with her. As you will see from the photos below she was a natural and was so happy to meet lots of new doggy friends this morning.

And so it leaves me to just say one more time “Hello Goodbye”
