This afternoon I found myself back in one of my favourite areas which I’ve nicknamed the Playground.
I have not been there all Winter due to the conditions and a few other reasons, but today seemed like the perfect time to go and explore it again.
The Playground is a fantastic hidden gully with steep slopes and well Off the beaten trail.
It is quite rare to meet anyone else in the Playground, and for this reason it allows us to give the dogs a little more freedom. All the while we were racking up some great vertical metres for the April Everest Challenge (go back to the homepage and scroll down if you want to read that blog).
A fabulous Friday reunion with one of my all-time favourite walk spots.
